ABSTRACT
Small medium enterprises (SMES) for “Kerupuk” Industries is one of the type works among people of Karadenan village since 1960 these enterprises were manage an inherited from generation to generation.
This article focuses on strategic SMES business on a “Kerupuk Karadenan” through marketing mix.
The result has shown that business strategic developed by correlative based on 1. Positioning product have a correlative with design product, taste and differentiation product; 2. Flexibility in prices; 3. Multi level of distribution channel 4. Informal promotion.
